Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 bags — enough to test the construction — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the quantities a retail range or a supermarket run needs.
How fast will my cooler bags arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished bags ship in about 2 weeks. Express turnaround is available when a season or an event date is already fixed.
How long will a cooler bag stay cold?
We quote it as hours below a stated temperature for a stated load and ambient, because that is the only useful form of the answer. A foam thickness on its own tells a buyer nothing at all.
Where does the cold actually escape?
The zip and the seams, not the insulating panel. A zip is a straight-line gap across the top of the bag and an unbound seam bridges inside to outside. An insulated zip flap and taped seams are what hold temperature.
Why do old cooler bags smell?
Because the liner was stitched in with square corners, so liquid gets into the corners and the stitching and cannot be cleaned out. A heat-sealed liner with radiused corners wipes out completely.
What does leakproof actually mean?
A welded, seamless liner with no stitch holes below the fill line, which genuinely holds melted ice. Anything with stitched seams is water resistant — fine for condensation and spills, not for a day’s melt in a car.
Are budget non-woven coolers worth it?
For a supermarket-to-home trip, absolutely, and they print beautifully. For a full day in a vehicle, no. The only wrong version is a budget bag carrying a performance claim it cannot meet.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. A cooler bag has a gusset, a zip line and often a seam through the middle of the print area. We lay artwork out on the actual panel rather than on a flat rectangle.
